- to change to five band mode in the 3.10 software
- to display two raw traces in addition to the three filtered traces:

- from the therapist computer
- type Q <enter> to exit to dos
- type "modopts fourband" like this:
C:\EEG\EXEC> modopts fourband <enter>
- type menu <enter> (to return to menu)

to switch back
same procedure, only use the line:
modopts fourband=4band

how to: concatenate the data from two separate disks into one disk.
also: Can you combine information from two disks, or if you do a session on a person, and put it on the wrong disk, can you move that to the right disk?


Solution: The data is just a text file, it's called "times" and the order just needs to be put together, same thing for the "wrong persons" disk. Get a computer tech to open up the file in a text editor, it should be obvious how the peices go together, and just add the files together in date order, just adding the older info to the bottom of the file.

Description: Erase stored data from your computer. Cleaning off client information before selling your computer system for example.

Solution:
1. Quit to DOS (Q and Enter)
2. Type in CD \EEG and press Enter
3. Type in DEL PATIENTS\*. and press Enter
(that's backslash asterisk period )
4. Type in DEL TIMESUMY\*.TSY and press Enter
(that's backslash asterisk period TSY)
5. Type in DEL PRFILES\*.* and press Enter
(that's backslash asterisk period asterisk)
You may have to say yes to delete all files

The \EEG\PATIENTS directory keeps the patient name files.
The \EEG\TIMESUMY directory contains the last summary files.
The \EEG\PRFILES directory contains print files (from F6).

If you want to train on just your therapist computer. Say you are traveling, and you only brought your therapist portable, or maybe the sound isn't working on your game computer, then you can set the therapist computer to beep.

from the therapist menu screen, press the right arrow to go go:
Utilites
- change setup
- reward beep in therapist
- right arrow till it reads "20"
- <enter>

This is also a good way to test for massive delays between your therapist and game computers. If you turn beeps on in both computers, the beeps should occur almost exactly at the same time when training.

To completely uninstall the therapist software:
Before you start, press Q to exit therapist menu screen
1. At a dos prompt:
type: cd\ <enter>
type: edit autoexec.bat <enter>
- remove eeg\exec and eeg\util from the path statement.
- Remove the lines (Usually last three lines):
Cd\eeg\exec
If exist pcmcia.bat call pcmcia
Menu

exit and save file: alt f then x then select yes to save

2. Back at a dos prompt: (if this is a windows computer)
type: cd\ <enter>
type: attrib -r -s -h msdos.sys <enter>

type: edit msdos.sys <enter>
go down to line that says bootgui=0
and change that to bootgui=1
exit with alt-f and save changes
then type: attrib +r +s +h msdos.sys
type: oldmsdos.sys

3. type: deltree c:\eeg

4. reboot.
